- le nom du produit,
- une note de présentation générale,
- les innovation(s) avec explications et améliorations apportées, brevets,références, plans, croquis et photo(s),échantillons et documents d’accompagnement s’il y a lieu,
- coordonnées complètes de la personne responsable.
