Aerosol Forum 2010: A successful meeting for aerosol &
dispensing technologies experts!

The fourth edition of the Aerosol Forum dedicated to Aerosol & dispensing technologies innovations was held on the 9th & 10th March 2010 in Paris. This meeting brought together more than 600 participants coming from 30 countries representing leading international aerosol brands and their packaging suppliers.
This edition enabled participants to view the lastest developments in term of innovations & sustainability.

Paris Aerosol Restaurant: a main step for the aerosols in the food market

The « Paris Aerosol Restaurant » animation under the aegis of the Chef Pierre-Dominique Cécillon, Académie Cinq Sens, was a major animation of this 4th edition of the Aerosol Forum. The testing products: smoked foie gras mousse, French-style pea mousse with cream and bacon, cod mousse together with steamed vegetable sticks, lemon tarts with meringue topping, chocolate mousse, puff pastry stuffed with mango, fruits on a shewer with vanilla mousse… has shown the aerosol potential for the food market.
